In brief: BLS

In a patient with sci, there is no reasonable way to help both problems.
Abc's first. Thereafter, disability and extremities/neurologic deficits per atls. If you are performing bls on an acute injury, chances are the patient is in spinal cord shock and without pressors immediately will not support perfusion and die. Mortality is >50% in the field for certain cord injuries.
