In brief: Adjustment+exercise
You want to minimise progression of scoliosis & strengthen core.
Suggest long term relationship w/ osteopathic physician who does omt (manipulation) see aao or cranial academy online. Feldenkrais also very useful for learning to sense your own body, tai chi, qi gong, and esp yoga can be very helpful. One-on-one pilates if possible also good. Remember get best alignment 1st, strengthen 2nd.

In brief: Core stabilization
Scoliosis is a lateral curvature of the spine.
Most cases are idiopathic (unknown cause). Exercises that are good for peoples backs are good for people with scoliosis. Exercises that are bad for peoples backs (or poor form) are also bad for people with scoliosis. If the scoliosis is mild, it should be a non issue for exercise. Core stabilization exercises are generally good for back pain.
