Can you recommend exercises for me? I have severe scoliosis.

In brief: Most exercise is ok

Scoliosis is not worsened by exercise.
Most exercises should be fine with scoliosis. Avoid repetitive impact exercises (such as long distance running) and heavy weight lifting (such as squats and dead-lifts) if you have severe degenerative adult scoliosis, as these exercises can worsen back and lower extremity pain.

In brief: Most should be ok

A severe enough curve may affect yoxur breathing capacity so that could limit your exercise tolerance.
If there are degenerative changes leading to arthritis or spinal instabilities due to these changes may find certain twisting/rotation or high impact exercises not well tolerated. Weight lifting is ok as long as it does not hurt or may have to be modified as to lower weight & higher reps.
