Need to see an opthalmologist for the evalaution of the problem as well as 1.
For potential dilation of the punctum -the opening of the lacrimal canaliculi in the eyes , one in each eye lid . 2. The nasolacrimal duct is otherwise the tear duct which collects the tears from 2 canalculi, is close to nose and drain into lateral aspect of the nose . There is one nasolac.Duct on each side , need surgery.
