Can having a myelogram cause a miscarriage, even if you didn't know you were pregnant?

In brief: Unlikely

By myelogram I am assuming you mean that contrast was injected into your spine prior to obtaining spinal x-rays and/or ct.
Since the contrast should not have any direct effect on your spinal nerves, the myelogram would be unlikely to cause a miscarriage.

In brief: Not likely

Myelograms usually isolate their electrical currents within the muscle being tested, so it is unlikely that a myelogram would cause a miscarriage.
