In brief: Not the usual

To have swelling of the leg and the knee for that period of time is not usual, check if you have dvt(phlebitis) or low grade infection in site of the surgery.

In brief: Inflammation/TKA

Gentle stretch of quads & hams, low impact swimming for strengthening, ice/heat, possible nsaids, laser/modalities/pt.
If not better, double check for implant loosening or infection.
