In brief: Sorry, it happens

Please express your concerns to the therapist.
If the therapist is unresponsive, speak with her supervisor and request another therapist. If that does not work, i hope you live in an area that has other mental health resources such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, lpc's, and psychiatric nurses. Please be assertive on your son's behalf.

In brief: Psychotherapy

Rapport is very important between therapist and patient.
Request another therapist/counselor to treat you and your son.

In brief: Tell someone

Find someone you trust and say something.
Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying.
