Stomach pain and extreme diareah?

Depends on how long. We're currently having gastroenteritis, or stomach flu going around. Gas, bloating, diarrhea are common but only last a few days. If you 're having ongoing symptoms, fever, blood in the stool or a significant amount of pain, you should get checked out. If there is travel in your recent past, definitely get checked.
