Can unilateral orchiectomy help to reduce antisperm antibodies produced by damage to blood testicular barier caused by atrauma to left testicle in ada?

Maybe. It is true that damage to one testicle can trigger the immune system to make ant-sperm antibodies that then attacks both the injured & uninjured testicles. Most of the work has been done in rats (probably a good thing). In rats, orchiectomy must be performed soon after injury to protect the other testicle. Get another opinion and do so as soon as possible.
