Sir, I have done my +re ear stapedectomy surgery due to otosclerosis 5 yrs ago.I always avoid noise.What are the things also should be avoided?I m 31yr

Fortunately, not really much to avoid.
Of course you should make sure your prosthesis is MRI compatible in case you have to have one.

Hearing loss causes include: single loud noises (such as an explosion), prolonged loud noise (such as loud music in earphones), head injuries (so always wear a helmet when riding or skating, etc.
..), Lasix (furosemide) or other "loop diuretics", Cisplatin / Carboplatin or other chemotherapy drugs, large doses of Aspirin or other salicylate drugs, etc...
