In brief: Muscle soreness

Calcium, magnesium and zinc along with co q 10.
Minerals need to be in forms that are well absorbed. Cal mag zinc in hydroxy acid oratates is good. Or take magnesium malate for good absorbtion. For co q 10 use the ubiquinol form which is eight times more absorbed than ubiquinone.

It also helps to drink plenty of water while exercising.

In brief: Delayed muscle sore

Generally, delayed muscle soreness will get better after 48hrs of rest.
However, by doing routine exercises to condition your muscles, you may actually have no soreness or less soreness because you've strengthened the muscle or connective tissue.
