Should you take soy isoflavanoles to prevent sports injuries?

Soy Products. Soy products are healthy for you. They provide a wonderful set of nutrients for the body. The mystical aspects of soy, including the prevention of sports injuries, are not proven in well-done research. Take all claims of food product 'x' resulting in prevention or cure of human ailment 'y' with a healthy dose of skepticism.
No Reason. There is no scientific proof that these products help with anything. Do not waste your money!
