On my recent urinalysis for pelvic pain it cam back with a RBC count of 49 and trace amounts of protein. Should i be conceened? Appt with dr in am.

You have blood in your urine so it may indicate an infection.
Be sure to get an appropriate diagnosis. If there is infection, ask for a urine culture. Followup after treatment to be sure your urinalysis returns to normal...That means no blood, white blood cells or protein.

In brief: Not yet

Lots of blood in the urine can be from kidney stones, a bladder infection, an inflammatory condition called interstitial cystitis, or from other more serious conditions (which i don't suspect) but could include cancers of the bladder or kidney.
Other kidney conditions can cause blood in urine but don't usually cause pain. Based on your symptoms a uti, stone or interstitial cystitis seems likely.
