I have a history of repeatedly getting strep throat could I have heart damage if any sorts?

Your treating. Physician would be the best person to answer your concerns.
Rheumatic fever. Streptococcal pharyngitis if not treated may result in inflammation of the heart muscles/tissues resulting in carditis.
Depends. Strep throat itself does not damage the heart. About 1/200 who do not get treated for a strep A infection, whatever the location, can develop rheumatic heart disease which does injure the heart.
