I had trace aortic regurgitation 2 years ago and the echo i recently took said its mild regurgitaion. Will this progress. Family history of marfans ?

At 33 you can certainly go on to develop aortic valve and aorta changes associated with "connective tissue disorders" of which marfans is on one end of the spectrum. I would recommend an echo every few years.
