If you exercise intensely without allowing time for your body to recover then your immune system could be affected.
Best to take your training log, dietary log (3 day log for diet), and sleep log to your physician. With a comprehensive exam and this info, your provider should be able to help pinpoint the cause - either some medical issue or something in your training regimen.

B sure U have adequate protein intake & keep well hydrated while working out, & don't eat 2 soon or 2 early after.

Adding exercise should boost your immune system but over exercising can actually weaken your immune system. Get a physical and discuss with your md.
If all is good, i would back off a bit with rest days in between and then gradually build up again.
