I have a cystic structure in my left adnexa which could be tubular in origin or loculated fluid, would this affect me getting pregnant?

In brief: Depends

If it is a hydrosalpinx it means the the tube is completely or partially blocked and filled with fluid.
Fortunately there are two fallopian tubes. A hysterosalpingogram or tubal dye study may be done to see if the tubes are blocked if clinically indicated.
