I note many with low back injury stand crooked with one shoulder lower & head tilted toward lower shoulder side.
Leading edge girth of superior trapezius (st) on higher shoulder side often twice size of other one; likely from chronically supporting a tilted head. Larger st often spastic & painful mid-body & insertion on superior scapula spine. Large breasted women with this commonly migraineurs.
