It depends on what you mean by nausea and what you mean by head injury.
If you had a simple concussion and your nausea was due to false sense of motion (vertigo), then yes to your answer. This is usually self limiting. I've had patients with these closed head injuries and will have a general feeling of nausea. This resolves over time.
