Make sure you eat within 20 min of the work out - something with protein and complex carbs (a regular meal, chocolate milk, pb&j on whole grain bread, fruit smoothie with wheat germ).
Rehydrating with water will help. Depending on time of day and intensity/length of the work out at least a short rest may be just what the body needs for optimal recovery. Set your alarm!
