Rehab: begin gentle ankle range of motion (alphabets with toes). Progress to regular calf stretching after 1 wk. May initiate two legged calf raise. After 2 wks, single leg calf raise/leg press. > 3 wks - eccentric heel drops (calf raise on noninjured side, come down on injured side).
Fitness - try pool therapy - swim/run using jogger's belt.
