In brief: Rest

Rest your injured brain to allow it to heal.
If you stress your brain with physical activity, too little sleep, or cognitive stress (schoolwork, reading, or learning) you can make your injury worse. Avoid being hit in the head while still injured, it will make your injury much worse. Once symptoms are gone, you may gradually return to activities under a plan developed with your doctor.

Obvious symptoms may include fatigue, nausea, blurred vision, pain upon light exposure. And headaches. Subtle symptoms include " muddy thinking", slow reflexive response, poor school work etc.Final resolution may take months. There are validated tests and specialists for proper evaluation and they should be used.
