Recovery timeline. Breast reduction recovery may take some time. You may be advised to take a week off from work or school following the surgery. However, this varies from patient to patient. Patients are also advised to give the utmost care to the breasts for the next 4-6 weeks after the surgery to prevent complications & to give enough time for healing.

Not long. Breast reduction is not really painful and most patients return to work in ~7 days.
Time 2 weeks. In general the recovery to return to work is 2 weeks, to exercises 3 weeks. But you must understand each surgeon has their own specific post operative instructions.
