Anal tightness on its own is not likely to be associated with colon or rectal cancer.
However, if this is an aquired symptom along with hemorrhoids and/or anal fissure, you should see your doctor and get tested/checked out for rectal or colon cancer to be sure you don't have it also, and to prevent you from getting it.
