In brief: Paxil (paroxetine)

Paxil (paroxetine) is not given to help coordination.
It is given to help with depression and anxiety, and helps well with these. It will take 4-6 weeks for full effect to show itself. If your coordination is newly "off" and you have not been using any alcohol or other substances, please speak with your physician about this.
