There is a bone-like bump below my left knee but it does not cause pain. Only slighty if i prod it with a little force, or when i squat deep?

Im not sure exactly where its located due to your age it may be the proximal tibial growth plate or even the head of the fibula it may be somewhat inflamed from exercise hard to say much more without an exam and xray of the area.
