What are symptoms of cirrhosis of the liver that are terminal?

Cirrhosis signs. End stage cirrhosis usually presents with jaundice, ascites, varices, bleeding, or profound weakness. It can be managed with palliative care and/or hospice.
In the final stages. You get something called hepatic encephalopathy. Look it up. You need a liver transplant at that stage. It is treated with dietary restriction but this is a paliative measure.
