Can you tell me if there's a way to increase your eye pressure?

In brief: Push on your eye

Pushing on the eye increases the pressure.
Many eye injuries result in scarring that increases pressure. Uncontrolled diabetes and other problems causing poor blood flow to the eye can lead to increased pressure through secondary means. Obviously, avoid all of these as high eye pressure can damage your optic nerve and vision.

In brief: Yes

Holding your breath while the pressure is measured will increase the pressure, but i cannot imagine why one would want that to happen.

In brief: Why?

As long as you don't have eye pressure that is too low that affects the retina and macula lower eye pressures are better than too high.
