In brief: Definitely,
Some are approved and are quite comfortable for 30 days continuous wear. It depends on patient and lens.
Should give eye rest at least overnight between changes if wear for 30 days.

In brief: Not recomended
The lenses are designed for one day use and the daily change is healthy for the eye.
In a special case it is all right to push them but if you do this on a regular basis, why use daily lenses at all?

In brief: NO
Daily disposable lenses are designed not to withstand the rigors of disinfection and should be discarded after one day.
If you prefer a daily wear lens there are many alternatives.
