When is the best time to consume fruits so they don't turn to sugar? Eating fruits first thing inthe morning and in the evening is the worst time?

No best time. Fruits do contain sugars (fructose, glucose, sucrose) , which are absorbed after digestion, but so do milk and other dairy products (lactose). Fruits , like dairy, are parts of a healthy diet, and naturally present sugars are not dangerous to your health. It is a good idea to avoid refined sugars (as in baked goods or candy), and not eat excessive amounts of fruit at once any time of day.
Doesn't make sense. Fruits contain natural sugar - fructose and glucose. They don't turn to sugar in your digestive tract. They already have it. You could eat it morning, afternoon, or at 1am, it doesn't matter.
