I had spotting 4 days before my period with mild cramping and lower back pain. Am I pregnant?

Not necesserily.. Light spotting few days before period start fully is quite bnormal. Crams may precede period few days ahead. Keep track of your calander and if on pill make sure you do not skip any. If any doubt it i asways good idea to check pregnancy test.
