...The cause. Eye strain from dry eyes can recover within minutes of lubricating the eyes or resting them. Strain brought about from an uncorrected need for glasses will not disappear until the you have your vision corrected.
It is a good idea to see your eye doctor if you have continued eye strain, to determine whether you need computer glasses.
