In brief: Take breaks
When working on the computer, you must take a few minute break every hour by standing up and stretching.
You can also do some filing or another activity. To prevent blurry vision blink your eyes every few minutes.

In brief: Take frequent breaks
Fatigue fomes from performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
It is usually part of our job description to perform these tasks, but taking short frequent breaks allows time for the muscles and joints (and eyes!) to recover to an extent. For the eyes, lubricating eye drops help, as does occasionally focusing at a distant target every 15-30 minutes.
