In brief: Yes
You have several options and these options are dependent on whether one can find an underlying cause for the fatigue.
If your fatigue is associated with major sleep problems, then a sleep study may be very helpful as one of the first steps.

In brief: Copy your lab result
Redundant labs are frustrating and wasteful.
Don't passively let your lab results get to your specialists, get a copy of your own labs, place them in chronological order, and let the specialist know when you will getting labs for soemone else, so they can decide to "piggyback" on tests so you can avoid getting stuck for blood several times.

In brief: Medicine & exercise
While some viral infections can cause fatigue symptoms, the vast majority of patients with chronic fatigue do not have viral infections.
Also, typically there are no treatments for viral infections. While I do recommend evaluation from a physician to rule out other causes, iron, vitamin d, and B12 deficiency, typically there are no laboratory abnormalities. Ask your doc about meds that can help.
