In brief: Few

Allergy "shots" contain increasing amounts of the allergen.
Repeated injection of increasing concentration of the allergen can desensitize you and decrease the allergic response. Aside from avoidance, there are few natural means of dealing with allergies. Antihistamines block some of the symptoms but can cuase drowsiness. Mast cell stabilizers can block the allergic response altogether.

In brief: Yes

Try local honey - it contains minute quantities of local allergens which may help desensitize you - just don't give it infants there is a danger of botulism.
