Limit intake of Yellow fin & White Albacore Tuna, Spanish & Gulf Maceral, Grouper, Bluefish & Chilean Sea Bass. For healthier mercury levels try: Crabs, Crawdaddies, Haddock, Flounder, Salmon, Shrimp, Oysters, Anchovies, Herring, Mullet, Sole, Clams & Freshwater trout.
