In brief: Eye exercizes

There is no reason to exercize the eye that i can think of.
It will not imporve vision are do anything else of benefit. I would be curious to know what you are doing that you say are exercizes and why you are doing it.

In brief: No

Eye exercises do not usually provide a lasting relief from the underlying cause, but occasionally can help in the short term. Mild discomfort is common (just like exercising other muscles), but there should not be pain that is significant.
You should be seen by an eye doctor to evaluate other causes of your pain.
