In brief: Acute asthma attack

You should immediately be seen by pcp, urgent care center, or ed.
Then considered further evaluation for chronic asthma care.

In brief: Go see your doctor

Given your symptoms, you should go see your family physician for further evaluation & treatment.
You should have a rescue inhaler using a short-acting beta agonist such as albuterol. However, you may also need an inhaled corticosteroid or perhaps a short burst of an oral one. Only your physician can decide but s/he needs to see your first. Good luck!
