In brief: See your physician.

Unfortunately, renal colic from kidney stones can cause pain, nausea, cold sweats, vomiting and urinary discomfort.
It is very important, however, to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection with obstruction by a stone. Such an infection could progress rapidly and even lead to kidney damage. See your physician for an exam and some urine testing. Good luck to you.
