How can I cure cracked nipples?

Lanolin cream. Lanolin cream applied 4 x per day often helps. You can also express breast milk onto your nipples and let it dry, the fat from the breast milk helps to soothe the cracked skin.
Moisturize/protect. After each feeding rub some of your breastmilk onto your nipples or use a lanolin ointment. Do not aggressively clean or wipe your nipples after each feeding. You can even get your baby back onto your breast without wiping off the lanolin.
