In brief: No
There is no proof or study of any treatment to reverse cataracts other than surgery.

In brief: Not likely
N-acetylcarnosine (NAC) in small studies showed improve vision in cataract patients.
However, it has not been studied in double blind, randomized, prospective way & studies were paid for by company who has vested interest. It is not FDA approved. Likely sun protection & eating a diet rich in antioxidants is just as good; so there is still not enough proof. More info at: eyedoc2020@blogspot.com

The only safe method recommended to treat cataracts is cataract surgery. In the appropriate hands the operation is simple, safe and very effective.

In brief: No really
Cataract develops when the natural lens ages similar to the skin and hair. The natural lens is ectodermal embryonic origin similar to skin and hair. Cataract development may be slower in patients who eats healthy diet rich on antioxidants, avoiding uv sun light(protection with sun glasses), good gene, no history of trauma to the eye or steroid use.

In brief: YES!!!
There are proven cases of cataracts entirely disappearing with homeopathy- 4 such cases are described at http://hpathy.
Com/clinical-cases/four-cases-of-cataract-cured-homeopathically/ but it is more likely that homeopathy will shrink cataracts instead of removing them; the less advanced the more likely it will help. See this article by an opthamologist: http://www.Healingtheeye.Com/cataracts.Html.

In brief: None are effective
Cataracts are opacities (cloudy spots or spots that block light from passing through) in the lens.
The lens is originally clear, and changes its shape to focus on what a person looks at. It is in the eyeball, behind the colored iris and the pupil. Cataracts form after many years of sunlight exposure and from causes such as prolonged Prednisone use. No homeopathic drug is able to help cataracts.
