In brief: No
Cataracts are 100% normal.
They are just age related changes that occurs in the lens of your eye that you are born with. There is nothing you can do to treat cataracts other than cataract surgery, however there is some recent evidence that you may be able to reduce the rate at which they develop by reducing your exposure to sunlight ( wear sunglasses) and possibly lutein supplements.

In brief: Cataract Cure
Cataracts are not reversible once they begin to form. In fact, they continue to get worse.
There is no known natural remedy to get rid of cataracts. The only effective treatment for visually significant cataract is cataract surgery.

In brief: Sort of
N-acetylcarnosine (NAC) in small studies showed improve vision in cataract patients.
However, it has not been studied in double blind, randomized, prospective way & studies were paid for by company who has vested interest. It is not FDA approved. Likely sun protection & eating a diet rich in antioxidants is just as good; surgery only way to cure; eyedoc2020@blogspot.com

In brief: No cure
Cataracts are opacities (cloudy spots or spots that block light from passing through) in the lens.
The lens is originally clear, and changes its shape to focus on what a person looks at. It is in the eyeball, behind the colored iris and the pupil. Cataracts form after many years of sunlight (uv) exposure and from causes such as prolonged Prednisone use. There is no "natural cure" for cataracts.
