Cataracts are opacities (cloudy spots or spots that block light from passing through) in the lens.
The lens is originally clear, and changes its shape to focus on what a person looks at. It is in the eyeball, behind the colored iris and the pupil
. Cataracts form after many years of sunlight (uv) exposure and from causes such as prolonged Prednisone
use. There is no "natural cure" for cataracts.
