I feel cold, dizzy, and have trouble breathing and seeing when standing up. Is this something serious?

It could be. You may have orthostatic hypotension (blood pressure does not increase enough to pump blood to your head when getting up) or possibly a more serious condition called aortic stenosis. See your primary doctor soon.
See a doctor. Each of those symptoms alone can be disconcerting for you. All three together might signify an underlying condition that needs to be treated. It can be infectious, related to blood pressure, medications or other causes. Your best bet is to see a physician for a full examination.
