Spot. Almost all asians have a so called "mongolian spot" or patch over the lower spine and upper buttock crease.
Present in childhood, they usually fade by adulthood. Cafe-au-lait spots are common birthmarks, 3 or more might suggest neurofibromatosis. Otherwise most birthmarks occur purely by chance.
