Are there any ways to return to sleeping at night after waking up, while staying awake during the day and afternoon?

Good sleep hygiene. 1. Considering you have no medical issues. Keep same sleep-wake cycle. 2. Avoid caffeine after lunch or minimize. 3.Slow deep breathing exercise prior going to sleep and after wake up till fall a sleep as tolerated. 4.Regular exercise & yoga 5. Try sleeping from 10pm to 6am. 6. Eat a good balance meal with lots of fruit, vegetables and high fiber. 7. Daily regular bowel movement.
