In brief: No

When mom is negative, then we want to know partners blood type.
If dad is positive and mom negative, then baby can be positive. In this situation mom's body could form antigens against baby's blood. This can lead to problems during pregnancy.

In brief: None at all!

I would proceed with your plan to conceive a lovely baby! look into ABO rh incompatibility topics.
.. Otherwise, eat well, take your prenatal vitamins , regular OB check & live life to the fullest! there are more pressing problems like ... " what room color do we paint ..? What color of crib etc! warmest regards and good luck with the baby!
