Hand foot mouth question. Can it be hfm if he has no blisters in the mouth, no fever, and no itch. Blisters on his legs and arms look like hfm.?

In brief: Probably not

Hfm disease is characterized by blisters that are easily noticeable on the hands and feet, especially on the soles and palms.
Blistery lesions inside mouth often make shallow ulcers.

In brief: Unlikely

Hfm syndrome can be quite diverse.
Variation can range from no outbreak or fever at all to significant blistering in h/f/m/anal &up the legs &arms.Isolated lesions on the legs & arms without the typical grayish oval lesions on the back of the hands or feet likely represent something else.
