I have a history of exposure to fiberglass and asbestos at my work, can I have copd?

Asbestosis. Asbestos exposure can cause changes similar to COPD and worse. In that case, it is called asbestosis.
Probably not. Asbestos typically causes, pleural plaques, mesothelioma and other lung cancers. Usually COPD is not a manifestation of asbestos exposure. COPD is associated with smoking however.
Yes. Yes, get yourself checked! smoking is the usual cause for copd, and you are quite young to have COPD but occupational exposures can also do it. Good luck!
