Depends on what you are trying to achieve.
If nighttime awakening related to COPD is a problem, a bedtime nebulization could be helpful. Otherwise, a scheduled nebulization at night does not normally add any benefit.

Not sure what you mean by meds in vaporizer? If you mean a nebulizer, they are desigend for rather short term use.
If your talking about room humidifiers, again i'm not sure about what drugs you mean., please clarify.

Check with your lung doc. Tio, inhaled steroids, beta agonists and so on are useful.
