In brief: Piles treatments
Otc ointments like preparation-h or wipes with witch hazel can help ease the itching & burning of piles.
Using stool softener &/or increasing dietary fiber to prevent straining during bm's will also help. Sitz-baths or sitting in a hot tub of water to let the anal area soak may help. Your fp may prescribe med with Hydrocortisone to help shrink the piles. If persist, have doc check for other causes.
